Hey stranger,

My name is Shane, Head Stranger in Charge, and I’m genuinely happy to welcome you into this community.

Strangers started from a simple feeling: meeting new people should not feel as difficult as it sometimes does. We live in a time where everyone is connected online, but so many people still feel disconnected in real life. Between work, school, social media, routines and everything else happening around us, it has become harder to simply meet people, have good conversations and build genuine connections.

That is why I’m building Strangers.

This community is for the people who want to get out a little more, meet new faces, try new experiences and feel like they belong somewhere. It is for the ones who are open to conversation, connection, laughter, awkward first hellos, new friendships and the possibility of finding their people in unexpected places.

We are currently working on our very first event. It will be small and intimate for now, because I want the first Strangers experience to feel warm, personal and intentional. This is not about forcing connection. It is about creating the right space for it to happen naturally.
